In this episode, we speak with Zaid Basha, a management consultant. Basha has authored several papers and taken part in projects that explore the mismanagement of Yemen’s public infrastructure and look at the country’s public policy reform.

We also touch on the mismanagement of water resources that have contributed to the famine and the importance of subsistence agriculture in the country.
