Lauren Greenberg is Deputy General Counsel of the Office of General Counsel of White & Case LLP. She has over 25 years of legal experience in risk and compliance, legal ethics and litigation. She advises the firm’s lawyers on their professional responsibilities, with a particular focus on conflicts of interest, new matter opening and ethics questions. She also advises the Firm’s New Business Acceptance Committee and the Steering Committee for the matter opening system. Lauren is a former chair of the DC Bar Legal Ethics Committee and former vice-chair of the DC Bar Rules Review Committee. She graduated from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and Dartmouth College.
