Lotta Westerberg is a Swedish development and democracy professional. She currently works at the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA) in Stockholm. She is also attending Uppsala University, and recently travelled to Iran to conduct research for her Master’s thesis focused on the use of ICTs.
