Dominic Alessio, Ph.D., FRG, F.R. Hist. S. SFHEA, is a professor of history and vice president of International Programmes at Richmond, the American International University in London. A former Canadian Commonwealth scholar to New Zealand, he has published some 50 books, refereed journal articles and book chapters, as well as a similar number of reviews and blogs. He writes and researches primarily on empire, the far right and science fiction.
