People expect to have news from around the world at their fingertips, but there isn’t always time. This is why Arlington Public News introduced World in 60 in July 2014. The show has quickly become one of the most watched segments of the channel.
The show sums up news stories from the previous week, reports on breaking news and predicts what could happen by the end of the current week. World in 60 will help you keep up with dynamic situations around the globe without taking up too much of your time. It is hosted twice a week by the creator and producer, Aakruti Jagmohan.
This week, World in 60 brings updates about the president of Burkina Faso, Blaise Compaoré, who resigned after his 27-year-long tenure, rocket Antare’s failure to launch and rising tension between Israelis and Palestinians.
