Rahul Dev is an India-based governance and political systems professional with over a decade of experience examining how institutions shape everyday life. Trained at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), he has worked across state and central governments on urban development, policy design, investment promotion, CSR ecosystems and large-scale democratic processes. His career spanning institutional reform, governance strategy and public affairs has given him an inside view of how power is negotiated, misused and occasionally redeemed.
