Natalia Hidalgo Martínez is an independent researcher and foreign policy analyst. Her writing has covered the evolving relationship between the United States and Europe, Spain's security dynamics, and Latin American affairs. She has previously interned with the Center for European Policy Analysis, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and InSight Crime. She was also selected to participate in the Elcano Royal Institute’s Europe Generation Project in 2025, where she analyzed some of the main challenges facing the transatlantic relationship.
