Francis Shin

Francis Shin is a research assistant on secondment from the Future of Financial Intelligence Sharing program to the Royal United Services Institute's (RUSI) Center for Financial Crime and Security Studies. As the 2021 geostrategy and financial diplomacy fellow at the Young Professionals in Foreign Policy program, he has also contributed to The Diplomat, The National Interest and the New Eastern Europe.
