Chloe is a graduate of both the University College London (UCL) and the London School of Economics (LSE) with a strong grounding in international development, and a passion for current affairs. She grew up in Oxford, moved to London and has travelled extensively, including working in both Peru and Uganda. Particular interests include gender and development, urbanisation and social entrepreneurship.
