Boban Markovic is a young professional in finance with a Master’s degree in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies. Markovic is a founder of the Washington, DC-based Zivid Ventures (www.turtlshell.com). Until recently, he worked at Delos Asset Management and served as the representative to the Board of Trustees at the American University in Bulgaria. In 2009, he was awarded by the Cabinet of President Barack Obama with a Volunteer Service Award and recognized for outstanding citizenship and academics by the Rotary Club. Markovic is a CFA candidate, an occasional contributor to Fair Observer and a member of Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs.
