Al Ghaff

Al is a London-based strategist and a long-standing human rights and civil liberties campaigner who occasionally writes on British and global politics. He was formerly the head of membership and fundraising for the Liberal Democratic Party. Al also sat on the Liberal Democrats’ Federal Board, the governing board of the party. For the past five years, he has held senior positions in the human rights sector. A hardly successful semi-professional tennis player in his teenage years, Al now struggles to balance his enthusiasm for fitness with his ardent interest in exploring London's culinary delights.
