Anthony read for a BA in Modern Languages and Cultures, Arabic and Spanish, at Durham University. He has studied in Madrid and Damascus and worked in Cairo as an English teacher and caseworker for a legal aid organization assisting refugees in resettlement processes. He has a particular interest in issues of conflict and forced migration in the Middle East and North Africa. Anthony has a passion for understanding otherness through international travel.
