Yasir Qadhi is an American scholar, writer and cleric, and he is one of the most influential Muslim thinkers in the US. He is currently the dean of Al-Maghrib Institute, the resident scholar of the Memphis Islamic Center and an assistant professor at Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee. He holds a PhD in Islamic Studies from Yale University.
