Steve Foerster is an American educational technologist based in Northern Virginia and Hilo, Hawaiʻi. He founded Success Learning Center, which provides training on business and technology topics to working adults in Lagos, Nigeria. He is the host of Building the Modern University, a show on startup universities, and his writing has appeared in University World News. He has designed and taught university courses in IT and business, led an experimental startup university offering no-cost degree programs and held a variety of administrative positions at US universities. He holds an advanced degree in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University.
