Subhash Pandey is a retired Indian civil servant who heads the Institute of Public Auditors of India. He holds a doctorate in mathematics and has decades of experience in public finance management, audit, accounts, and information technology at both policy and implementation levels. As director (budget), Pandey pioneered India’s fiscal responsibility legislation and has been deeply involved in the country’s fiscal reforms.
