Shawn Donelly

Shawn Donnelly (PhD McGill) is Assistant Professor of International Relations and European Studies at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. His research tests the hypothesis that international relations reflect and reinforce the power of states, and that reforms to strengthen national power can pay off in international politics. Donnelly is the author of Reshaping Economic and Monetary Union (Manchester 2004) and The Regimes of European Integration: Constructing Governance of the Single Market (Oxford 2010).
