Robert Cleve Bonner is a former US District Judge, DEA Administrator and US Customs and Border Protection Commissioner. He played a key role in implementing the Kingpin Strategy against drug trafficking and oversaw significant security reforms post-9/11, including the creation of the National Targeting Center and the Container Security Initiative. Robert also contributed to establishing the unified US Customs and Border Protection agency. After retiring, he continued to influence border security, serving on several advisory panels and councils, and worked as a Senior Principal at The Sentinel Company. Robert is also involved in arbitration through Bonner ADR Services. He holds a law degree from Georgetown University and is committed to public service.
