Renee Coulouris is the 2018 gender in foreign policy fellow at Young Professionals in Foreign Policy. She is currently a project coordinator at Strategic Capacity Group, where she works on coordinating the implementation of security sector capacity projects abroad. She is also a graduate student in global security studies at Johns Hopkins University.
