Dr. Noa Gafni is an American expert in social innovation, corporate sustainability and entrepreneurship. She specializes in helping global leaders navigate macroeconomic disruptions, and is the faculty lead of Entrepreneurship and Management at New York University’s School of Professional Studies, a lecturer at Columbia University and a Managing Director at the consulting firm FSG. Noa was the founding executive director of the Rutgers Institute for Corporate Social Innovation, a Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum and the head of social media for Hearst Magazines. She founded Impact Squared, a movement-building consultancy. Gafni holds a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from London Business School and a BA from Dartmouth College.
