Ninon Bouteloup is a Research Associate at the Institute for the Danube Region and Central Europe (IDM), a regional think tank based in Vienna. Her research focuses on Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI), information warfare and hybrid threats. She developed these interests during her master’s studies in international security at Charles University in Prague. Ninon has published in various outlets on topics including humor in information warfare, digital activism and nuclear non-proliferation.
