Nick is a PhD-ambitious political communications professional with over seven years of domestic and international engagement experience in campaigns as well as higher education. He has published several academic papers on the media, pragmatic linguistics and emotional intelligence. Prior to joining Fair Observer, Nick was an editor for two student-led European think tank publications and assisted teaching leadership courses at the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business. In his free time, Nick enjoys reading, running and ruining movie silence with needless analysis. He has a BA in political science from the University of Connecticut and a MA in political communication from Johns Hopkins University.
