Muhammad Munawar

Muhammad Munawar holds a BBA (Hons) from Preston University, an MSc in Economics from the University of the Punjab and an MPhil in Applied Economics from Forman Christian College (a chartered university). He teaches Economics at the University of Lahore and is an essayist and researcher who also writes for national dailies and international newspapers on Pakistan’s socioeconomic issues. His academic interests include Development Economics, Mountain Economy, Energy and Environmental Economics, and International Trade. His recent publications appear in Resilience and the Pakistan Journal of Poverty, Investment and Development, reflecting his commitment to evidence-based analysis and informed public dialogue.
