Mrinal Suman heads the Defence Technical Assessment and Advisory Service (DTAAS) of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He superannuated in 2003 and since then has been actively associated with the promotion of defense industry partnership. An Indian general, Suman is a highly qualified and experienced officer. He holds a B-Tech in Civil Engineering and he completed an MSc in Defence Studies in 1977 and Master’s in Public Administration in 1982, standing first in the university. His academic pursuits culminated in a Doctorate in Public Administration.
