Mauritz Halusa is the German co-founder of Halusa Advisors, which helps companies, investors and organizations to navigate the increasingly complex challenges geopolitical tensions pose on globalization and diversification. Mauritz also helped build Tanso, a fast-growing startup, from the ground up as the CEO’s right hand and Chief of Staff. He researched how geopolitical risk actually translates into corporate decisions, specifically how individual German firms rethink their China exposure. He received his Advanced Master of Science, International Relations & Diplomacy at Leiden University and wrote a thesis on the de-risking efforts of German companies from China. He knows the geopolitical dynamics and what they mean in the boardroom.
