Mannat Dutt is a policy consultant, currently living in New Delhi, India. She has worked with the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, for two years. She is trained in International relations and public policy from Flame University, Pune. Mannat has worked closely with the implementation of social security schemes in the public sector. Her interests lie in studying the various aspects of non-traditional/human security across the globe. She also had a brief stint with Gateway House, an international relations think tank based in Mumbai, India.
