Manas Raj Singh is an advocate and an LL.M. candidate at the National Law University, Delhi, one of India’s foremost law schools. His writing examines the intersections of domestic constitutional frameworks and international regulatory regimes, with particular attention to how global policy instruments engage with sovereign legal orders in democratic states. He is based in New Delhi.
