Lucy Hovil is the Senior Researcher for the International Refugee Rights Initiative, where she has been leading a project focusing on issues of citizenship and displacement in Africa’s Great Lakes region. She was previously the founder and head of the Research and Advocacy department of the Refugee Law Project, Faculty of Law.
