Kayra Altan is a British-Turkish high school student at The Brearley School in New York City. She is passionate about history, especially of the Middle East, and takes a particular interest in timelines. Her wide-ranging interests include a deep appreciation for music from cool jazz to alternative pop as well as photographing interesting architecture when walking around cities.
