Major Jonathan "JB" Bissell is a foreign area officer in the United States Army with 27 years of service. He has served overseas for seven years in Panama, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq and Peru. "JB" focuses his professional efforts on the foreign policy and the security sector in Latin America, and is currently assigned to the National Capital Region.
