Jermaine Anthony Richards is a Paul & Daisy Soros Fellow, a Public Voices Fellow at the OpEd Project, and a PhD candidate at USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism researching communication/s technology, digital infrastructure, security, and violence. He previously led research on digital public infrastructure in the Lower Mekong Region as a New America Digital Impact and Governance Initiative Fellow.
