Hem H. Dholakia is a Research Associate at the Council of Energy, Environment and Water. His work addresses the linkages between energy, environment, human health and public policy in India. Dholakia has published papers in international peer-reviewed journals, and he has contributed to a book chapter. He is the co-author of "Energy-Emissions Trends and Policy Landscape in India." Dholakia holds a PhD from the Indian Institute of Management; a Master’s in Exercise Science from the University of Brighton; and a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from Seth G.S. Medical College.
