Francesca Collu is an Italian data scientist and Fair Observer editorial intern based in California’s Bay Area. She holds a master's degree in Theoretical Physics from the University of Pisa. After working in data analytics and software development, she developed a passion for journalism. Her work focuses on migration, social inequality and technology, often combining data analysis with storytelling. She enjoys hiking, drawing and baking bread.
