Fenja Tramsen is a 2025 Rising Expert in Development Cooperation with Young Professionals in Foreign Policy, a research assistant at the Oxford Department of International Development, and a researcher at Pickthall House, a UK-based think tank. Previously, she was a Princeton in Africa Fellow at the International Livestock Research Institute in Kenya. Her experience also includes roles at the Social Science Research Council, the Niskanen Center, and the Alliance for Social Equity in Ghana. She holds an MSc in Global Governance and Diplomacy from the University of Oxford and a BA in Political Science and History with High Honors from Swarthmore College.
