Dr. M. Evren Tok is an assistant dean for innovation and community development, an associate professor, and the program coordinator for the MA in Islam and Global Affairs at the College of Islamic Studies at Hamad Bin Khalifa University in Doha, Qatar. He is the lead editor of “Policy Making in a Transformative State: The Case of Qatar” with Lolwah Alkhater and Leslie Pal (Palgrave MacMillan 2017) and “Global Governance and Muslim Organizations” with Leslie Pal (Palgrave MacMillan 2019). Tok is leading a five-year research cluster grant on the Sustainable Development Goals and Global Citizenship Education in Qatar, which is funded by the Qatar National Research Fund.
