Eric Raupp is a journalist based in the south of Brazil, currently studying international relations and strategy at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Raupp was a fellow researcher of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development and a member of the Association of Brazilian Researchers and Students. In 2016, he was selected by the British Council as one of the "100 most talented and enthusiastic young journalists in the world." He is an alumnus of Future News Worldwide, an annual training program at Reuters headquarters in London and holds a dual degree in journalism with a minor in European studies. Raupp writes about Brazil and its projection in the world.
