Eleanor Chapman works in the field of climate adaptation and urban resilience at ICLEI — Local Governments for Sustainability. She joined ICLEI’s team in 2017 after seven years as a practicing architect. In her current role, she supports local government staff to develop and implement strategies in preparation for the effects of a changing climate.
