Dr. D.N.S. Dhakal holds a PhD in Economics, a Master's in Public Policy, and a Bachelor's in Engineering. He is a Senior Fellow at the Duke Center for International Development, while he is also a political activist and an international consultant on project appraisal and risk analysis.
