Chris Nadal is an American-Bolivian writer, DJ and small-business owner based in Northern Virginia. Born in the United States and raised in Bolivia, he grew up between two political and cultural worlds. His grandparents, both journalists and writers, raised him in Bolivia and helped shape his interest in history, politics and public life. Chris follows Latin American affairs closely, especially Bolivia’s democratic institutions, populist movements and political crises. He also works in music, nightlife and entrepreneurship in the Washington, DC area, giving him a practical interest in culture, migration and civic life.
