Major General Ashok K. Dhingra has served for over 36 years with the Indian Army, leading diverse teams at the apex level. He has worked as a consultant with the Indian government on national security and established the Joint Special Forces Division for strategic tasks. Dhingra served as Defence & Military Attaché to the United States, focusing on security cooperation, technology initiatives and military training. He has extensive experience in counterinsurgency in Jammu & Kashmir and Northeastern India. He has also served in the United Nations and Indian Peace Keeping Force in Sri Lanka. He earned a postgraduate degree in Defence Studies from Madras University and an Executive MBA from Osmania University.
