Adrian Calcaneo

E. Adrian Calcaneo is the founder of the Council for North American Policy, a think tank whose mission is to foster an understanding of the contemporary political, social and economic issues confronting the United States, Mexico and Canada. His research focuses on international trade, national security and energy policy. Previously, he conducted quantitative and qualitative research on international trade, energy policy and global economics to support the design of policy solutions for the Mosbacher Institute for Trade, Economics and Public Policy. He has worked as a consultant for the Organization for American States, evaluating and making recommendations on the implementation of public policy in the Western Hemisphere. Calcaneo holds a BA from Texas A&M University, a Certificate in Advanced International Affairs and an MPA from the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University, a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University, and Certificates in Data Science and Financial Stewardship from Harvard University.
