Zac O’Yeah is a Swedish detective novelist and author of the Majestic Trilogy, which is set in his Indian hometown, Bengaluru. Before moving to India in 2000, he worked with theatre and music in Sweden, where he also freelanced for Swedish Radio for twenty-five years. He has published seventeen books in Swedish and English, including several fiction and nonfiction bestsellers. His travel writings have appeared in magazines such as National Geographic Traveller and Vagabond, and been included in many anthologies such as Best Asian Travel Writing (2020). Over the years, he has written for ninety-nine different publications. He has been translated into over twenty languages including German, French, Russian and Chinese, as well as many Indian languages. Since 2017, he also works part-time as singer-songwriter with the Swedish pop group, The Ändå.
