Timo Behr is currently Researcher in the European Union research programme. He has a Ph.D and M.A from Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies in International Relations.
His expertise is in EU foreign and security policy, Euro-Mediterranean affairs, Contemporary Middle Eastern politics, and German foreign and defence policy.
