Spandana Singh is the 2018 cybersecurity and technology fellow at the Young Professionals in Foreign Policy. She is also a policy program associate at New America’s Open Technology Institute, where she works on issues related to content regulation, corporate transparency, privacy, surveillance and emerging technologies. Singh previously served as a millennial public policy fellow at New America and as a public policy fellow at Twitter. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where she studied international development, media studies and technology entrepreneurship.
