Robert Rosenbaum

Robert Rosenbaum is a Program Manager for the Evidence for Policy Design at Harvard University. He has a background in nonprofit management and academic training in public policy. He is a Co-Founder of the Philani Family Fund, which provides emergency housing and scholarships for impoverished women in the informal settlements around Cape Town, South Africa. He previously served as the Regional Director for Children of South Africa. He has worked for UNICEF in Liberia on social protection policy. He holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University and a BA in History from Colby College.
