Paul Hardy is DLA Piper’s Brexit director, providing in-depth analysis on the political, policy and legal implications of Brexit for commercial and public sector clients. He was counsel for European legislation in the House of Commons and EU legal adviser in the House of Lords for eight years, before which he was a legal adviser in the European Commission for four years and a UK barrister. Paul leads the DLA Piper’s Brexit practice. In terms of supply chain advice, Paul and his team currently advise a number FTSE 100 and 250 companies on supply-chain impact and mitigation strategies in the light of Brexit. Paul is also head of UK government affairs for DLA Piper.
