Parfait Taiwé is a researcher in digital law and an educator in digital citizenship. In addition to his academic career, Taiwé was appointed ambassador of the PRONEC-REAMORCE project for the Ministry of Youth and Civic Education. He also campaigns against the hate speech that still plagues Cameroon.
