Param-Preet Singh

Param-Preet Singh is senior counsel in the International Justice program. Her work focuses on pressing national justice systems to prosecute and try suspected perpetrators of serious international crimes in proceedings that are independent, impartial, and fair. She has conducted on-the-ground fact-finding missions and authored reports and briefing papers on justice issues in Bosnia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Côte d’Ivoire. Singh’s research and advocacy has also focused on trials before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia as well as policy issues confronting the International Criminal Court.
