Natalia Márquez-Bustos is an information science professional based in Bogota, Colombia. She holds a master's degree in international relations. A graduate of and professor at the Pontifical Javeriana University, Márquez-Bustos has also worked with the University of Rosario and the Colombian Observatory of Science & Technology.
