Mikael Pir-Budagyan is an associate at Forward Global. He is a specialist in Russian foreign policy, US-Russia relations, nuclear nonproliferation and Eurasian affairs. Mikael is a member of the Younger Generation Leaders Network on Euro-Atlantic Security at the European Leadership Network. His prior experience includes roles at the Atlantic Council, the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, and the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy. In his free time, Mikael plays chess at Dupont Circle and is often humbled in the process.
