Kerim Fuad QC is regularly instructed in high-profile, complex and sensitive cases, for example the murder of Damilola Taylor, the “Exeter Bomber” and the “Clockwork Orange Killing”. Since taking Silk he has developed a practice of back to back murder trials, mostly at the Old Bailey, where he was recently described by a resident judge as “the father in the house”. He was recently instructed in the first ever extradition from Afghanistan challenging the same as an abuse of process. He is currently Head of Chambers at One Inner Temple Lane, London and sits on the Criminal Bar Association
